There’s nothing I like more than being super-prepared for Christmas. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but to have all my presents ready in advance means I can enjoy the festive atmosphere without any last minute stress or panic.
How do you like to prepare for Christmas? If, like me, you’re an early bird (the last week in October is when I usually begin) must-have shopping lists can be very useful. I also tend to start with the small presents – like stocking fillers – and move on to the larger items when I get more into the spirit of things!
Christmas Stocking Fillers
To help get you in the mood for Christmas, here’s my What2Buy4Kids Christmas stocking filler wish-list – a handful of fab little gifts perfect for popping in a stocking (or the post!)
Something Sweet
These festive chocolate igloos are adorable and taste great too! Treat your kids with these impressive looking chocolate creations.
Scientific Toys
This Weird Science lab bouncy ball experiment comes in four different colours (it’s actually multi-coloured) and is suitable for children aged 8 and over. They will be dazzled by the process of creating their own super bouncy ball!
Educational Toys
The teacher in me can’t resist these fun and educational spelling games inspired by Roald Dahl. There are family games and maths puzzles available in the same series, too – perfect for siblings!
Games
Active kids will love this princess skipping rope or flying disc – both are made with little hands in mind, developing dexterity and delivering tonnes of fun to boot!
Gadgets and gizmos
From adorable screen cleaners to Little Squirts drink pouches, these practical gifts will make you popular with parents and kids alike. We particularly like the cat phone screen cleaner and the little squirts shark drink pouch
We have dozen more ideas on our dedicated Stocking Fillers page. Every item has been tried and tested by kids and parents, and each gift comes with free gift wrap and message card. Same day dispatch means you can be even more organised – or leave it to the last minute if you prefer!
I love hearing from you, so do let me know how you like to prepare for Christmas in the comments.
